I forgot to comment on the TOD.

The best non-professional production I ever saw was a production of OLIVER! in Columbia, SC by their community theater there. They had brilliant actors in all the principal roles, and the show was interestingly produced on a mostly bare stage with just a few props and a facsimile of London Bridge high overhead which quite a few scenes were staged on.

Since I slept so poorly last night, I'm heading down now to give it another try.

Good night!

Jose - Thanks.  I may need to take you up on Legally Blonde house seats.  But I'll try a little more on my own first before bothering you.

OK

*Apparently, the producers are setting aside a larger allotment of "premium seats" (with their premium prices) than usual which may explain the "no good seats left" dilemna.

Jose - I guess they're expecting Legally Blonde to attract a somewhat upscale and expense account audience for whom the show will be something of a must-see.

We've just returned from seeing "Notes On A Scandal". Wonderful performances from its stars. (Cate was in a supporting role.  NOT)   How invasive and irritating though was the Glass score.

So few posts in so large a time.

Just finished motion picture number three: Who Killed the Electric Car, which I shall now retitle Who Killed This Film's Academy Award Nomination?

But at least we broke 300, which is the same as I can say for what one of our dinner guests did to a wine glass tonight.

The manufacturers of automobiles reliant on petroleum no doubt killed the  nomination too!
