Wow great review!

I am on the computer at school >.>
My highschool friends and I created a group called the Midnight Monopoly Brigade, and we would play games from 10pm-2am at places like Ihop (my mother did NOT approve). I left when they started inviting strangers from myspace. I don't like stangers.

I was also addicted to solitare games at one point, and the computer version of Life.

We played scrabble very loosly. When we would get bored of playing normally we would begin making words up (no score was kept at this point in the game). As long as your word had a definition that fit the word, it was ok. This was hours of fun.

Hello All!
Just got back from a nice walk with DR Jose, a trip to M & M world and hot chocolate in Bryant Park.   It was very pleasant.

I've talked to my brother and my cat sitter. They are expecting the worst blizzard in years today and I found out the flight I was supposed to be on today was cancelled.   After taking action following a day of fretting, it's nice to find out I was right

The interstate there is closed, there's even a whole town that is closed.  Sounds like everything is cancelled.  While I like snow days, this lovely day in New York city is much better.

I was very happy to see his praise for elmore - not many reviewers are smart enough to even KNOW there's an orchestrator.

I still don't know what an orchestator does...other then yell at his guests when they arrive at his home environment late.

I was happy to hear that both DR Elmore and DR Jose will be joining us at CURTAINS tonight. Should be a fun time.
Just talked to DR Ben and we have our plans for tomorrow. What a good time.

Clearly, DR MBarnum, in your case, an orchestrator is a babysitter.  Any word from DRs Jose and MusicGuy yet?

DR Edi -
When I came back from my walk I accidentally walked up the stairs in question. I could see the door open and someone inside...I was just about at the top of the stairs when someone came out and glared at me.  I said "Sorry, I guess I don't know where I'm going and went back down."

I may try it again another time and be more bold and actually go to the top of the stairs before turning around, lol.

The early Trivial Pursuit editions I liked a lot...the Genus version, the Silver Screen, the Vintage years (1920's-50's), the Boomer edition.  Had 'em all.   I somehow suspect I would not enjoy many of the later editions that would include stuff from the eighties, nineties, and up till now.

I remember seeing an interview with the guys who invented Trivial Pursuit.  They explained that they know the questions so well that when they played with each other, instead of asking the question, they would give each other the answer and they would have to come up with the question!  The real problem was when the answer was something like "three" and they had to come up with the question on that specific card!

Ah yes, I remember this...nothing fostered hatred between players more than landing on Free Parking.  And what was worse is if you hit Free Parking right after someone had just raked in the cash, and you got nothing, or if best, a pittance of maybe $5 at most...

Damn you Rich Uncle Moneybags...

$5??  We always put $50 in Free Parking!

I'm confused - Was Jose one of the ones offering MBarnum a trip to Europe, or was he one of the ones being offered a trip by MusicGuy or someone or other?

Or both?

I mean, just for Jose's tour guide skills alone, you'd think...

I think Jose and MusicGuy should open a tour company. When they are not providing their guests with tours of far-flung European locales, they can butter their toast for the guests and then play them music  ;)

O Fearless Leader ~ I let amazon.com browbeat me into buying something -- (what a racket!) so I can now finally post my review (well, after the 24 hour check-into-my-background period...) BUT the good news is what I purchased:  I bought another copy of The Brain! ... so my review will have lead to the purchase of at least one Brain CD....so my entire review will be posted on amazon "within 24 hours" and my CDBaby one, a slightly condensed version, was posted yesterday so when the powers that be at CDBaby deem it worthy, it will go up (guess they have a 24-hour waiting period, too).

...and I'm happy to see that I'm a smart reviewer because kudos go out to you and DR Lar in mine...
I will keep you posted when they are both finally approved and up for public viewing...

Oh, and thanks a lot DR Jose -- Cason has been running around the house all morning yelling "Hee-Hah!"  and I don't think he's using it in the context of a donkey braying (glad it's an "inside" joke and the neighbors are none the wiser...)...
