Tivo:  Still have this week's TAR to watch.  I just not so into this season's race for some reason.

iPod:  Meka - Life In Cartoonland -- I remembered DR Cason mentioneing this one earlier this week and then I saw the colorful CD cover at Target and I thought I'ld sample it.  I kind of like him--sort of a cross between George Michael and Scissor Sister.  Funky.
Also, the original CASINO ROYALE sountrack and then MANHATTAN TOWER

DVD Player:  More of MAUDE season one and then MARY HARTMAN, MARY HARTMAN

DR Dan (the Man)'s graphic, above, reminded me of a strange dream I had last night:

I dreamed that I had somehow hacked a local NYC television news station, and had replaced the bottom-of-the-screen scrolling headlines with...something.  What, I don't remember, exactly.  But I remember thinking that whatever it was, it was HHW-worthy!  :)

Ben - i'm most likely not making it to the 5 pm show.  It's looking like I  need to be by the phone until 5:30 for tax office matters.  (I'm going to try to get to the movie during the week, probably when the tax stuff is quiet on Pesach.)

But I bought two tickets, so i contributed to the gross.  :)

Good morning!

Another cool, cloudy day here, and I'm enjoying sitting next to an open window in my office and breathing the glorious fresh air. Shouldn't get out of the 60s today, but a warming trend is ahead.

And many thanks to DR FJL for the invite last night to the upcoming gathering, but it's Palm Sunday and that's a strict attend Mass day with Mom (followed by some Easter shopping, I'm sure.)

I agree with you, DR JRand, about Jane's interview last night on TCM. Well worth watching, and I should have recorded it so I could watch it again. The next time it comes on, I will record it to keep.

I might have known at one time that her mother committed suicide, but if I did, I had forgotten it, so that really surprised me.

We will see you Sunday then Fred.

I sent out two Passover cards. I know more than two Jewish people but they are the only ones to whom I send cards. The others I can greet in person.

I do after-Easter shopping at places like Duane Reade and CVS and Walgreens when all the delectable Easter candy is half off or more  ;D

I did get the front lawn mowed late yesterday afternoon, so I'm glad that chore is done for awhile. I had to postpone the bedroom areas until this morning, and they're done, too. But I may wait and do the kitchen floor tomorrow morning instead of today.

Thanks. That was taken right before I went out to mow the grass yesterday afternoon. I'm surprised I could summon up a smile!   ;D

Hey, that man looks like he should be singing the bass part in The Music Man's barbershop quartet!   :)

Strange that we've had so many reruns this part week because tonight features a lot of new episodes.

CBS' three dramas are new episodes.

NBC has new episodes of its entire slate.

ABC reruns a GREY'S ANATOMY but then has new episodes of its other shows.

Stranger things have happened! Who knows what the fall may bring. Auditions aren't until August (I believe).

DR Matt H! What a surprise!  Very debonair. Now I need a new avatar.  This is becoming an HHW craze.

I guess I need to head down now and clean up a bit so I can go do my usual Friday errands. Then, I'll be back to prepare lunch and watch some stuff.

Interesting Musical references from recent student school papers [level was not specified]:

The Bronze Lullaby
The Taco Bell Cannon
Beethoven's Erotica
Gershwin's Rap City in Blue
Tchaikovsky's Cracknutter Suite

LOL!  These sound like the kinds of things we're asked for in the library all the time!
