Jose - When you know whether you're coming, just give us a call.

We only have seating for eleven, so we'll have to kick someone out.

(That last line was an April Fool, but just let us know if you're on your way.)

We're going to go to the police station on the way and get a copy of the police report. If they don't hold us there on unrelated charges, like disseminating radical films, we will be there!

OK, time to shop a little and clean a little.

It seems I have Edi's implicit permission to leave some of the dog hair.  :)

Good Morning!

Greetings from Chelsea Studios. -The last day of NYC rehearsals for All About Us.

It's a gray, damp morning here in NYC.  And I don't have an umbrella with me, so... Ah, well...

DR FJL - I'll call if and when I'm on my way.  We're starting off with a notes session, so I have a feeling I'll probably be "working" by the time Noon comes around.  But ya' never know.

*When does DR edisaurus head back down to Georgia?  This afternoon?

DR vixmom - If you happen to check this again before heading into NYC - Lots of road closures today in the city.  The street fair season has begun.

Good morning!

White sky here at the moment, and we're expecting rain later today. Promises to be a good day to stay inside, and that's fine since I have plenty of chores including laundry and cleaning my bathroom.

Happy April Fools Day to everyone!

Glad it's landing on a Sunday so I'll be inside and not wide open to flop into any pranks.

DR singdaw - I remember attempting to play a rehearsal of the Howell's "Hymnus Paradisi".  I was a last minute emergency sub for the National Cathedral Choral Society.  That's definitely not a piece that's sight-readable - especially when you're rehearsing in the National Cathedral: I would hit a key on the piano, and then hear the sound about two seconds later.  -The Dvorak "Te Deum" was a bit easier to deal with during that rehearsal.

Looking forward to finishing RUMOR HAS IT today (despite it being only marginally passable for the first 45 minutes last night) and then moving on to other things. Anxious to see that CRIME DOCTOR movie. It's short, and I've never seen any in the series. Hope it's a decent mystery.

DR singdaw (Part Deux) - I'll be heading up to Westport Thursday morning, and then heading back either Saturday night or Sunday morning.  -I'm aiming for Sunday morning so that I can stay for the run-thru Saturday night.  More details as they become known to me.

Thanks for the early review of THE TUDORS, DR Elmore. I'm looking forward to seeing it, but it probably won't be tonight. There's a new episode of BROTHERS & SISTERS airing opposite, and I'm sure I'll watch that "live."

For fans of the show, RENO 911! starts a new season tonight at 10:30 on Comedy Central.

There is also a new episode of COLD CASE tonight in the 10 p.m. time slot. For some reason, CBS is showing two episodes of THE AMAZING RACE back-to-back tonight.

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES is a clip show tonight.

And since GREASE is no longer with us, that frees up an hour of prime time for me to watch more DVDs or stuff off the DVR. Still haven't gotten to LAYER CAKE or SHORT CUTS yet.

Has anyone noticed that the posting time is an hour ahead that it should be here in the east coast?

I think the posting problem is related to the dreaded Daylight Savings Time. The server on which this site is hosted perhaps did not have a patch to ensure proper realization of DST. It, therefore, changed over today, as did my computer at home. I have Windows XP but I never installed Service Pack 2 so I couldn't download and install the DST patch. I woke up this morning to find the computer had changed the internal clock, setting it ahead an hour.

A couple of sites and computers are off this morning since this is the weekend that Daylight Savings Time used to occur.
