Are we having our first lull-a-bye of the day?  Let us not have lulls.  We don't need no stinking lulls.  I just had a bit of fun good news which I'll share with you at some point in the next few days.  Not a biggie, but fun nonetheless.

I guess in my careless rush to post I missed out on Danise being under the weather. Get well soon, DR Danise!
Now I'm off to Gelson's for food glorious food.

Does Gelson's still sell Allen Wertz candy, the makers of the best honecomb?

Danise:  I am so sorry to hear that you still aren't feeling well.  Let me send along some of our famous good vibes:

Okay how weird that I'm hungry again so late. Same as yesterday. I have not been hungry all day.

Now if I only had something here that I felt like eating.

I do feel like a grilled chicken Subway sub.Hmm, I think that is the same thing I wanted last night :)

I need  a Subway next door.

Danise -- I am so sorry to hear about your fish.  As others here have said, some people just don't get it.  My two cats are as important and as precious to me as their children are to them.  The immportant thing they should remember is not whether it was a family member or a cat or a dog or a fish that you lost, but rather that you lost someone or something that you loved.

I saw on TV tonight that "The Producers" set a Broadway boxoffice record with a $1,600,000-plus haul during the last 8 days with Nathan Lane and Matthew Broderick back in the cast.

DR Jane - I think I've seen Alan Wertz Candy at Gelson's. I'm not much of a candy eater, I prefer the Viktor Benes bakery and all it has to offer.

Speaking of THE PRODUCERS, this may have already been posted in a post I missed being BUSY, but it's going to be made into a Major Motion Picture, all singing, all dancing, all talking, starring Lane and Broderick. Now I must eat.

Danise, my sympathies also on your loss of your fish.

I'm wondering something -- Jane, are you by any chance from Encino?

My thought to Danise for your health and the "loss". Pets ARE family. I guess non-pet people will never understand.

I am sure there are some people like I who are anxiously anticipating the National Figure Skating Championships this week. The singles titles seem very up in the air this year. I'm already getting butterflies about the finals on Saturday.

West Coasters must be watching TV, eating dinner, or reading. East Coasters are possibly preparing for bed.

And some of the East Coasters are getting showered and ready for bed; queen-sized or otherwise.

I recently had something very good from the bakery but can’t remember for sure what it was.  It might have been brownies and lemon bars.  When I was in LA before Christmas I accompanied by brother to a party at the marina to watch the boat light parade.  The party was on a small yacht or large boat.  There were also fireworks.  I had a very nice time & the opportunity to meet some of my brother’s friends.

I would be if I had time to watch.  I just deleted all my recorded and to be recorded listings of figure skating.

Since I seem to be talking to myself I shall go to bed and see if I can actually sleep tonight.  I do wish I had Kritzer Time to read.

I don't think I'll be doing too much posting for a couple of days. My daughter is coming back here tonight before returning to San Francisco (by way of Mexico) on Friday. She won't be back here for months after that, so I want to take some time to be with her.

But before you go... Are you a poor sleeper, DR Jane? If yes, join the club. Although, I really don't seem to need much sleep. Good thing.

Yea, it runs in my family. :( I differ from you in that I need a huge amount of sleep in order to function.

Panni have a wonderful visit with your daughter.

In my son's words  "I had a great time in Budapest it is a very nice city; I even found a Thai restaurant (although it was rediculously overpriced for the food"

Good night.
