A friend just called, and he may have to give up his ticket since he woke up today not feeling too well.  Ah, well.  He's going to take it easy today, and then check back in with me later.  So, we'll see what happens.

Shall we send anti-vibes ;)

Isn't it funny that the biggest theatre chat board shut itself down yesterday so the moderators could attend their annual Tony party - as if they couldn't trust not moderating the board for a few hours.  It was supposed to be back online last night, and, of course, it still isn't.  Will they completely miss the Tony Awards?

TIME AFTER TIME is one of my Top Five films of all time.  I have never really loved Mary Steenburgen (I will leave that to Mr. Danson), but in this film she is delightful.  Malcolm McDowell has never been more endearing, and David Warner is pretty darn sexy for a murder suspect.  This is one of those rare films that I never tire of watching.

Love TIME AFTER TIME.

Gee I used to dress just like that down on the farm, but I don't think I looked just like that.

Watching a very funny film on SUNDANCE called PICADILLY JIM that I have NEVER heard of.  It is HI-larious!!!

It doesn't seem to be available in a Region One DVD....so if you want to laugh today....before the Tony Awards....check into the Sundance Channel.

How can you say that, Eugenia, you don't know him.

Well, I've never been to Africa either, but I KNOW it's hot!

If Ogden really wants to break a vase, let me ring for the butler to bring him a hammer!

I'm up, I'm up.  More Tony predictions please.  Am amused and nauseated to see they're giving book and score on the pre-broadcast portion - as if those were throwaway categories -

That's ridiculous! Nobody else associated with a musical would even be nominated for an award without someone writing the book and score. And there would be no musical numbers in the show. That is a REVOLTIN' DEVELOPMENT! >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Good Afternoon!

WHEW!  That was a good workout!

Now, I just have to continually remind myself not to workout again tomorrow.  My body, my muscles need the rest.  Otherwise, it will truly be a case of diminishing returns.  -And I know of what I speak from past experience.  :-\  So...  However, a nice jaunt/job/jog/brisk walk in the Park would and could be nice.

Hmm... There is wireless in the pit... Hmm...

But since it's my first day, I believe I shall refrain from bringing my laptop.  -Maybe I need one of those Treo thingies.  ;)

OH!!

Before I forget again...

DRs Dan (the Man) and singdaw - I double-checked with my roommate about the plug-in for your browser so that you could post from your PDAs.  Well, he took a look at HHW.com and determined that due to the way it's been programmed/coded, there is, unfortunately, no way to post from a PDA browser for this site.  Ah, well..  *But he did say he could possibly re-program the site if it was so desired.  ;)

Never heard of it either. I'll try to check it out!

The design is a mix of 30's - 70's style.

Didn't you ever bop a fella for insulting a lady backstage?

There were no ladies backstage.  If they were ladies, they were in the auditorium.
