Sue:  Harold and I are going to the mountains next week.

Joan:  Himalaya?

Sue:  No, silly, we're just friends.

Harold Pinter did not write word Plays. Silence was the substitute.

Edi-I hope you are feeling better & your allergies don't turn into a cold.

I already feel better, which is good because we're cranking out a lot of spots today plus I have a full session at night--new contert for TBS My Boys. It's all improv so it should be interesting...

George, since I might not be around on Friday (company is coming on Saturday) I'm sending your parents early anniversary wishes.

I'm hoping their special day is a good luck charm.

Craig's girlfriend is flying from Bucharest to NY, and then from NY to Pittsburgh.  She has only flown once before & didn't care for it.  Craig was with her on that trip, this time she will be carrying the cat in a carry-on bag.  This isn't a sweet gentle cat, plus she has been crying very loudly since Craig and Yogi left ::)  At least on the first leg of the trip a Peace Corp friend of Craig’s will be with her. He will also help get her from Delta to Jet Blue for her flight to Craig.

Surprisingly I don't have that many versions of "Caravan".  The first one I purchased was by "Santo & Johnny" on an E.P. with the theme from "Come September". The S & J version was a much bigger seller here than Bobby Darin's version thought Darren  did make it to #2 with "Multiplication" from the same movie.

And That Reminds Me (A Della Reese reference)

The S & J E.P. also included "Blue Moon".  I guess I would have quite a few versions of that.

As in Long John Baldy whence Elton John derived half of his name?
He had a few hit here.

That's the one. I was wondering if you happened to know the name of the woman blues singer who sang back on the album "It Ain't Easy".

Elton John produced and played/sang on some of his albums. He also gave Rod Stewart his start...

Maybe it was Nunsense where the crows were stoned.

People who dwell in Adelaide or in the State of South Australia are known as "Crow Eaters", Queenslanders are "Banana Benders".

I'm certain hearing you say this is why Vincent painted the crows in the wheat field.

Queenslanders are "Banana Benders".

And, of course, there's no fun had with that phrase in Australia.

Harrumph.  All I got was an "agog"?

I expected an "agape" and an "aghast", as well.

Thank you!

Have I missed something?

S. Woody's last post was four days ago.

Der Brucer's last post was three days ago.

Do you suppose they both fell and can't get up?

(Does anyone know what's up for real?)
