I went to Amazon.com to see if they offered chocolate covered pistachio nuts (theyve got a Gricery department now)

And they don't... but there's toffee covered pistachio nuts, and cinnamon flavored pistachio nuts, and turkish delight pistachio nuts!

Hmm.... Turkish Delight.  :)

Hmm... I used to make and Almond with Rose and Orange Water Turkish Delight... Hmm... Wonder where I put that recipe?... Hmm...

And, of course(?), I first came across Turkish Delight while reading "The Lion, The With and the Wardrobe".

I'd still prefer chocolate covered pistachios... although I must admit chocolate covered cashews are an adequate substitute

In any case...  I do need to get up semi-early tomorrow/today and get some stuff organized before heading to the matinee.  -I want to try to get my bag packed for my trip down to VA before I head out, and I want to "manage" some of the piles'o'stuff that are sitting on my desk.  -And, frankly, I'm already a bit sleepy now anyway...
