Will a July 2005 edition do?

Yes!  Can you put it into the post on Monday?  I'll reimburse you when I get back to Ohio.

If only I could sew, I just found some beautiful satin brushed back fabrics for sale.

You can't hunt.
You can't butcher fowl.
You can't sew.

And Keith still keeps you around?

IT MUST BE LOVE!

DR Cillaliz - I sincerely hope you're not coming down with what DR Vixmom and I have had.  Even though I feel much better, my cough is still pretty annoying.

I hope not too, but I don't think so. I had that the beginning of September and my cough took forever to go away. I took and advil cold and sinus and that seems to have taken care of it for now

I did a little research & I guess "allergic" is too strong a reaction.  The definition is :

Systemic Reactions, which usually begin 6-12 hours after getting the flu shot, last for only 1 or 2 days, and can include fever, malaise (not feeling good), and muscle aches.

I "love" the part about last ONLY 1 or 2 days.  I can you those two days aren't much fun.

I think I have a little of this too. If it's one or two days I'll be fine tomorrow. It's always really mild with me. But since I still go into the jails and am around people who can't stay home even if they are sick, I really can't afford not to get one.

If I don't get to the PO on Monday, I'll do it on Tuesday - my day off for the week.

Tonight I'll either watch or record LIFE (which DR Ron raved about the other day) and, of course, there's another new episode of TORCHWOOD I'm eager to watch.

Matt, I also enjoy Torchwood!  I was somewhat bummed to find out that BBC America is broadcasting the episodes on a one season delay.

THE FOLLOWING MAY BE A SPOILER:

After searching various websites for viewing free tv shows online.
I came across a great website that has the entire season of Torchwood --
(13 episodes)  The link is as follows:

http://vip.tv-video.net/index/index.html#

Click on the green tab for the free episodes.

If you're a fan of Torchwood -- wait until episode 12.  You'll need some kleenex.  Okay, that's my extend of the spoiler.   :-X

Well, I didn't eat anything healthy tonight...I went to the office to take a book shelf and picture to hang on the wall. I goofed around there until about 8:30 PM, and decided to just get french fries and a diet coke on the way home. It did get the taste from the bad chicken soup out of my mouth.

Has anyone actually seen the new DVD of Cruising?  Worth watching?

Mine has been sitting here for weeks, but I've no time to watch it. Didn't DR td mention that he had watched it?

I did notice that there were a couple lines that were different in Legally Blonde on TV. One was "He can keep you high and laid" was now "He can even get you laid" and I think they changed "tits" to "boobs" in one of the salon scenes.

I watched quite a few episodes of NCIS tonight. I don't find the writing very tight, but the ensemble does do good work playing off each other. The love interest for Tony is rather ludicrous in that he leaves work for hours at a time with no explanation. He may be good at his job, but he'd be fired in an instant in any realistic situation, especially since they're a brand of the military.

I have to say the video quality of this NCIS set is the poorest of any of the TV box sets I've been watching since late August. Soft, very grainy, and inconsistent sharpness. Color is rich, but with all that grain, it's rather a chore to watch. After awhile, I started to think maybe my set or DVD player was malfunctioning, but a quick glance at anything else proves it's the DVDs themselves.

And MEDIUM and CSI: NY were beautiful transfers, by the same studio.

I have been thinking about it and I have to say I still loved Legally Blonde even on TV.  It brings back a lot of things I went through in law school and in the beginning of my career.  I wish I had been more of a Elle Woods back then.  I think it has a great positive message to girls and women, it's a positive strong message about being true to yourself, working hard, becoming who you are and what you can be on your own etc.   I'm glad I have it on my DVR so I can watch it again and skip the commercials.  It was much better in person, but it was still very inspiring to me.

I also listened to the commentary on an episode with the actor who plays McGee and the director of the episode. It was the one where mcGee's sister was accused of murdering a sailor, and all the evidence did point to her. Very easy to figure out the real murderer, but it was still an OK episode.

I was going to watch a rerun of LIFE that NBC was rerunning at 8 p.m. tonight. I had assumed it was this week's episode they were repeating, but unluckily for me, it was last week's episode which I had already watched.

I did watch TORCHWOOD from the DVR a little after 10. Best episode yet for the show. Very suspenseful and some good shocks.

However, the TORCHWOOD gang needs to shoot first and ask questions later, especially when all their lives are on the line.
