I have decided that I am not going to work today. It seems kind of stupid to go in to work when I am still so achy and have chills.  Besides it's Friday.

And good morning, DR Edisaurus.

LOVE the cat lady!  :)  :)

And love even more that incredible cartoon/address change announcement.  You are so creative!  [I know you're not the artist, but you had the idea!]

Perhaps, DR TCB, perhaps.  But you always provide such excellent ammunition!  :)

Here I am.

Now that the deadline is over I'm testing a new version of our database. It's not working. I've stopped testing. That is all.

Perhaps DR TCB should be repeating today's WOD more often.  ;)

I would go back to bed now, but I have an Angel sleeping in my lap (which is NOT a euphemism).

TOD:

CD: Stan Kenton's "West Side Story"
a new recording of the Bach motets by the Hilliard Ensemble
[not nearly as good as some of the other recordings in my collection,
by the way - can't recommend it]
DVD:  Paul Lynde's Halloween Special

You're just going to have to sit there and continue posting, whether you like it or not.

Good Morning!

I'm up, I'm up... And I'm not back from the gym.  I could tell that as soon as I woke up earlier that my body was still sleepy and that a day off from the gym would be a good thing.  -Besides, it's usually recommend to take a day after workouts anyway, so...

And, boy, did that extra hour of sleep feel good.

bk - You need to eat!  Yes, stress is probably contributing to your stomach woes, but stress on an empty stomach is not helping either.  You need something in your stomach to absorb all the stress, so to speak.  Keep bananas, apples, oranges, etc., nearby.  Or even things like small bags of snacks - baked potato chips, pita chips, trail mix, etc.

And now it's time for me to head down to Ripley-Grier to submerge myself in the music of Irving Berling for a while.  :)
