Birthday Happy to DR DAKOTACELT who provided both the teakettle whistle AND the soap opera excerpts in last summer's production of THE SUNSHINE BOYS, and made my life a whole lot easier!

Jrand - Glad to hear your package is safe and protected from wrongdoers who would have their way with it.

Skip is extraordinarily talented.
And Roger Rees and BD Wong gave Herringbone a terrific production this year.

Dorothy Provine always had plenty of clothing changes, even when she was traveling by dog sled in THE ALASKANS!

Thanks - it would seem one little slip of paper would have made all the difference.  But after all, they handle thousands of packages and thousands of slips....so....I am glad that it was us and not some little kids that missed the packages on Christmas morning.  ;D

Good morning!

Very dark and gray and rainy here and the temperature is supposed to fall during the day. You could feel just a bit of chill in the air this morning. I'll be inside all day anyway watching stuff and doing laundry.

Of course, I'll be finishing the four remaining GUNSMOKE episodes to begin my afterboon of viewing. I'll have to look at the stack of review copies to decide if one of them will come next, or if I can watch some things for fun today.

If I get to watch something without a pen and pad in my lap, it'll be CHILDREN OF MEN definitely. I've wanted to see this for a year and should finally get to it today.

I saw nothing of interest on TV for me tonight, so I'll be DVDing it all day today, too.

I also have to dub a VHS church program onto a DVD-R for a friend. That will take some time today as well.
