And, yes, the light in the rehearsal studio was quite bad, dim.  The studio itself was very nice - good floors, nice mirrors, a decent piano, good location, etc.  But the lighting really was just not ideal, and there were no windows either.  We kept looking for a dimmer switch, but were eventually told by the staff, "Oh, it's always that dark in there."  

  Any time I did have a break, I would walk out to the waiting area which had windows and great light to read my paper.  -However, getting the audio feed of 
Young Frankenstein from the theatre next door was kind of cool.
