Just hang around with some of us Hainsies and you'll "develop a cold" naturally.

Yes, there can be quite the "chill "in the air around some of these Hainsie/Kimlets!

DR MBarnum, JAB WE MET has been in my #1 slot at Netflix for quite a while; the message beside it is "Long Wait."

DR George, I, also, love the SIDE SHOW art work.  The feather is the feather in the cap, so to speak. . . >:(

There are those who find FREAKS an unbearable film to watch, but, it's one of my favorites from the 1930s.  I had become entranced by Daisy and Violet Hilton while watching FREAKS on Channel 11's "Chiller Theater," hosted by Bill Cardille, one late, late Saturday night.

If you get the chance, DR George, track down the marvelous biography of The Hilton Sisters which was recently published:  The Lives and Loves of Daisy and Violet Hilton: A True Story of Conjoined Twins by Dean Jensen.

:D  And I can't wait to see "you know who" tonight. :)  I hope it is a good episode.

I know who?  I'm not certain about that....whom do you mean?

Joe Flanigan?  David Hewlett?

R. L. "Pierrot" Pulliam

der Brucer

I've actually performed as Pierrot in a one-act back in my college days.

I was a musing Pierrot, at that.

Ron, did you see the last episode?  Do you remember who was in the very last scene, just before "to be continued"?

OH!

One of my roommates - well, the subletter - just informed me that the "Timmy" who's her ex-boyfriend - but they're still friends - is actually Olympic figure skater, Timothy Goebels!  WOW!

Different times, though....and Rock was a movie star, not a male figure skater.

He's been out of the limelight for so long (Timmy, that is) that one would have beg the question of what took him so long.

I might just do that.  However, the library where I work doesn't have this book. :-\

Rock also had a great agent, if not a nice human being, and a secretary willing to go the extra mile.  And that extra mile continued following Rock's death.

Someday, some talented screen writer or playwright will do the Phyllis + Rock story justice.  Neither of them were saints.

Then again, I don't suspect that Katie Holmes is a saint, either.

And the press left him alone!  Growing up, this was not a big secret.  At least I didn't think it was.

Hmm... Another text to the landlord about the lack of heat today... The radiators have not cycled back on since 8:00 this morning... Brrrrrr...
