Alas.  If only he had followed Bill Clinton's example...

I he had, your OZ wardrobe would have many stains!

BELIEVE the "stage father" story, DR Jennifer.  David's voice teacher is PAID by David's father.

Surely you would not accuse a back-stage factotum of spin control :)

I got home a bit after 9pm last night. And it took me a long time to get through the whole SURVIVOR finale (what did everybody think?).

Unfortunately the 6:30pm dinner got delayed. because my aunt's friends only showed up after 7pm.

I know they are always late and i would have told them dinner was 6pm or 6:15pm.

The biggest reason why it seemed rude it because my 2 year old niece who usually eats at 5:30pm was waiting to eat. She arrived at 6:30pm and asked where her supper was!

Bt 7pm my sis had to order. And they left at 8:30pm (her bedtime is 8pm).

I had ribs. But this place only sells a full rack. So i have a lot left over.

I don't know why. Maybe my stomach is not as big as i think (well it looks big :)  )  but if i eat a roll and a bit of an appetizer, i am basically too full to eat dinner. I only ate 1/4 of my food.

But it makes great leftovers!

DR Jennifer - Believe the "gossip" about David Archuleta's father.  And since there's a chance I may be getting into tomorrow night's "AI" taping...  Maybe I can ask him directly about the rumors.  ;D

And speaking of TV tapings, I'll be attending a taping of Chelsea Handler's "Chelsea Lately" this afternoon.  And the currently-errant-and-truant-and-UCLA-bound DR Cason will be joining me!  :)

SingPostALot did not specify; but considering his taste for older women, and his attraction to authority figures, I suspect he meant the Momma.

I must say, DR JoseSPiano, you're cramming quite a bit of lovely things into your brief visit!  It's nice that you'll be able to visit with DR Cason.

It really has been a great visit filled with all sorts of excursions.  Even though I had a "wish list" of sorts of things to do, I never really planned anything definite - which has made planning - or not planning - each day much easier.  Yes, there are some things that I wish I could squeeze in while I'm out here, but I'm not "missing" anything.  It's been a true vacation - lots of relaxing. :)

DR JRand - I did indeed bring my "eyeglass wardrobe" to L.A. with me, however, I think I've been favoring my full-frame pair.  I did wear the half-frame ones on the plane ride over, but I'm actually liking the full-frame ones a lot more than I thought I would.  -And since the May Gray has settled in, I haven't had any real need for the sunglasses.

And speaking of May Gray... The forecast for today is gray and cool(er).  Today's high is only supposed to be 68.

-However, by the end of the week, they are predicting triple(!) digit temps.  The warm-up starts the day I leave.  Good timing.  I think.

Boy, is that the truth - I can't take the heat... I'm heading up to Seattle on June 2, the day after my show closes (there is a rumor it's being extended, but it'll happen without me!)
