I must say, DR JoseSPiano, you're cramming quite a bit of lovely things into your brief visit!  It's nice that you'll be able to visit with DR Cason.

I'll say.  You are almost as busy as we are in L.A. ;D

DR Ron, a couple of corrections about your wonderful summary of DEEP IN MY HEART.

It's Jose Ferrer, not Mel Ferrer, who stars as Romberg.

The film was not filmed in Cinemascope. It is in a wider frame than the old Academy ratio, but it is most definitely not Cinemascope.

Advancing years and assumptions are to blame.  I had no idea MGM experimented with wider formats than Academy ratio during those early years before Camera 65, et al, but apparently they used a spherical format at 1.75:1 in 35mm.  I have corrected my summary (and attributed by ** ).  I'compensated by saying it still suffers from the same problems as the 'Scope films...too obviously soundstage-bound with color palettes that don't seem quite right.  I'd love to attribute that to Eastman color, but the flesh tones, costumes and props aren't affected, so I'm guessing it's the art department's difficulty in striking the proper color balances for the newer, wider lenses.

I watched the SURVIVOR finale last night as well...and I find it very difficult to believe that this was considered the second best, after season 1, season of SURVIVOR. Most of the time it was all I could do to get up the ambition to watch it each week.

I think Ozzy was a very bad sport after he got voted out.

Austrian child psychologist and author Bruno Bettelheim.

I should have done this one since we went to the wedding of his granddaughter in-law.

Another episode starred the beautiful Andrea Parker as a lawyer who was once involved with Harm.

She was always my favorite partner.  I have no idea why they dropped her after the first season.  They said at the time they wanted Harm paired with a blond ::)

So let's sum up, shall we:  Miss Karen has introduced Black Bart, Blue Beard and Black Beard.

Anyone else notice a pattern of rogues and scoundrels coming from her keyboard?

I agree with you, DR Jane, and I think she's a very talented actress. She was wonderful on THE PRETENDER and she handled comedy to perfection in LESS THAN PERFECT.

I completely agree and they might have done her a favor letting her go.  I'm still waiting for the "promised" THE PRETENDER movie.

I just read that ABC has renewed BOSTON LEGAL for another season (though some cast members will be departing - Saffron Burrows has already signed for another series).

Also looks like they have greenlit the Jason O'Mara American version of LIFE ON MARS. (Be still my heart - a whole season of Jason O'Mara.)

Her real name also counts - Bebe Bensonheimer.

Every time we change my computer I have to set up a new iTunes list.  It is such a pain.  Keith has the main list saved, however I only want a fraction of those songs on my list.

First reports I'm getting is that CBS may pass on another season of MOONLIGHT and move THE UNIT to the Friday at 9 p.m. slot. That's not official, but that is one thing I've read this afternoon.
