Maybe we can all chip in - that can be the HHW Retirement Home!  :)

There is certainly enough room!

But who shall sleep in the chicken coop?

Next, I watched three episodes of season two of JERICHO. Great to see them again, more moving this time since I know what's coming for some of the characters.

Alas, the DVDs don't really do the show justice in terms of picture. The outside scenes all have a kind of haze over them that softens the picture markedly. The inside scenes are much better.

The Dolby Digital 5.1 sound is the same as the broadcast version, so it's fine.

Matt, is Pam Reed in the second season of JERICHO?

Is it really four o'clock?  In one hour people will be here to go over group songs.  We really could have done that at six, but what the HELL, we'll do it at five.

Anyone wanna come over for a baked potato party?

Will you be smearing them with Crisco?

GONE WITH THE WIND

I remember My Mother about to leave the Theatre with  My Sister and I thinking the movie was over when Scarlett exclaimed

We had a lovely evening. After work, my DH and I picked up our friend who is loving away from her soon-to-be-demolished log cabin. A realtor friend let us tour a house that's for sale in Marietta that was built in 1840. It's on a 4-5 acre lot---a 3 story house, with the first floor being rock, so the walls are very thick. The second floor has 14 foot ceilings and the 3rd floor, 8. It is in remarkable condition for its age but still needs lots of work.

Was he loving away when you picked him up?

Such odd weather here today!

There was a warning for tornados and severe wind and thunderstorms.

It was pretty bad for a short time. But then it was perfectly fine out.

It was obviously not so good in some places near here. It was very windy and 4 trucks overturned on the champlain bridge (a bridge that goes to the South Shore from montreal). And they had to close it!

I just couldn't believe how nice it was by 4pm.

re: the mole (no spoilers)

I am always curious if the mole is actually noticeably screwing up (i think not). To me it should be things that people can't see.

I see many people obviously screwing up. But i suspect they are either not physically fit and cannot handle that challenge. Or they are purposely trying to get people to vote for them as the mole.

They announced that you could take the quiz at abc.com. I am curious if they let you actually take it and give you a score. That would to really awesome if they did that.

He did this in England with a revival of THE SOUND OF MUSIC to huge success. The TV show garnered great ratings, and the show was a sell-out smash hit.

It's what prompted NBC to try the same thing with GREASE (to mediocre TV ratings but certainly a surprising success on Broadway, much more successful than I ever would have thought with those leads and with the withering reviews it received.)

The new UK version is a Search for Nancy!
(I'm not sure if DR td has auditioned) :)

Just awaiting the arrival of singers.  After today, while I'll have various writing things to attend to, and the Kevin Spirtas/Sean McDermott show to start assembling, the next thing I'll need to focus on is the staged reading of the musical I'm mentoring.  I'm not sure how "staged" it will be - I know we'll do the usual music stands and mics thing, but there are a couple of group numbers I'll probably have some fun with.  That will rehearse end of July, just a couple of rehearsals and then two showings of it.
