She sang the song well, but the scene before wasn't the best I've ever seen it acted.

Well... I still got chills!

*Although, I think it was a bit more frightening and manic last summer, imho.

How nice of Miss Patti to pay us a visit.  She's been off this site for over four weeks I'd bet.  Someone bitch-slap her from here to eternity and hell and back.  And then do Rodzinski while you're at it.

And as you watch the show, you will notice that all the currently running shows - at least the musicals - are represented throughout the broadcast in some form or other.

You were expecting maybe Huckleberry Finn?

My guess is yes, but his name wasn't in the opening list.  8)

Tourists coming into town....sell those tickets.  And I have to say I bought a LOT of tickets because I saw parts of the shows on the Tony Awards.   And a lot of cast albums, too.  ;D

Good for Patti! She actually sang it better tonight than last summer.  A bit pitchy, though. I think poor Kelli is going to lose to her.

The best director was wonderful. i'm very very happy for him. Nice speech.

No. Howard left POTO a couple of weeks ago.  I believe that was John Cudia.

Hi! I'm here, I'm here.   Thanks all who are concerned. I'm north and west of all the flooding in the rivers that run south.  I'm fine.  The rivers are high, but no where near flooding

I was wondering the same thing, but it didn't sound like Howard.

I love them playing it for laughs becuase it's SO dreary serious in the actual show.
