Hi all.  The jury went home for the weekend and will resume deliberations on Monday morning.  I think this is a good sign. One never knows with juries, but I think this is a good thing

Well, based on his own testimony, he is guilty of something (among the list of charged or lesser-included offenses) - which should minimize the chance of a hung-jury.

I just finished downloading an update for the PS3 (tried to do it over the network downstairs and the PS3 just wouldn't cooperate). I'll fiddle with that tomorrow.

Off to bed now.

Good night!

My goodness, I go off to see a show and come back and the last post was at 9:49.  How unseemly.  Well, I must write the notes now.

Tonight, I went to a local production of Thoroughly Modern Millie.  It was thoroughly good...not bad by any means, but not great.  Just before I got to the theater, my sister called, asking if I still was going to come over to her house tomorrow and help put up the ceiling fan that I said that I would help put up.  I am.  She also said that she wants to go to tomorrow's first showing "Mamma Mia!" at 10:00 am, and I said that I would go, too.  She's going to pay for my ticket because I'm going to help put up the ceiling fan after the movie.  But why did I agree to the 10:00 am showing??  That's too darned early, but oh, well.  So, I'll be off to bed very soonly.

:)

In order for the 3-D to work with this film, the theater must be equipped with a special silvery screen which I understand is SUPER expensive, and lots of theaters haven't changed over yet. (Just like the majority of local TV stations haven't upgraded their equipment to HD yet.)

This is why the majority of theaters are showing it in 2-D.

Since it's showing in 3-D here in Olympia, I think I'll go see it after I help put up the ceiling fan. :D

I ended my evening with PSYCH which I enjoyed a lot. Fun story with Shawn's close observation coming into play a lot in the episode. I like when they rely on that for his psychic abilities.

I probably won't get to watch this until Sunday.  I'll be pretty busy tomorrow.

I am amused by all the "Sondheim" profiles over at Facebook.  I can't imagine they're real, but folks are flocking to them anyway.
