It was funny. The things that McCain said that I liked, the audience barely clapped at. But the things that he said that made me bristle, the audience seemed to be overjoyed at.

It is my opinion that these people in the audience prefer divisivness and violence to solve problems.

Back from a lovelier than lovely meal with the Wechter boy. He has to check his sched, but I've invited him to work on the Nudie Musical book - he had some really interesting ideas, most minor, and I think it would be great to have him implement those things on which we agree - I'm just too close to the film, and the second act especially needs a couple of things to make it better. He really wants to do it, so I think it will work out just fine.

Why is everyone just sitting there like so much fish? No one wants to answer my question? No one else finds it peculiar that someone who has never missed a day of posting has been gone for two and a half days - someone must know something so let's have it.

I ended up splitting the wings, which were great (only four of them), and then I was a good boy and had a barbecue chicken sandwich - very small and very light, with a tiny side salad with it.

They are the "party faithful" - they fashion themselves as warriors for truth; silly costumes and cheering at inappropriate times are endemic.

Well, there's something called "Google". Have you heard of it?

I just entered "valachi" and "haineshisway" - and only three results came up. I did have to change the "domain" of the archived notes to "haineshisway.com" - the old domain numbers are still cached in their search engine, I guess.

*And one of the other "results" centered around CD track timings. I started reading some of it, but then got a headache, so I stopped.

I had never thought of searching that way - very clever! I read through that thread, too, and it gave me a headache when it was happening and gave me a headache now.
