NCIS was a good episode (I suspected the guilty party early on). Tony always adds such a breezy tone to the show. Glad they have the team back together.

I agree about Pauley Perette. She did look very thin.

I enjoyed THE MENTALIST also. Nice to see Xander Berkeley as a principal guest star. I believe this will be the series I'll stay with now in the 9 p.m. slot.

I concluded my evening watching FRINGE (for the last time). I got very tired of the combative Joshua Jackson attitude with his father. This has gotten very old, very fast. I understand it; I just don't want to have to watch it every week.

Nice to see Michael Cerveris as a primary guest star.

I forgot to mention that I did scan through today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. Nothing of interest but Luke and Noah were in the previews for tomorrow.

Finished yet another long movie, this one clearly not a masterpiece.

Hi all.  It's been a rough couple of days for me.  I really didn't realize it but when Monday rolled around, I realized that hadn't really spoken about Bear's death to anyone--I mean with my voice.  I didn't call Thelma because I hate to bother people.

You have no idea how hard that made it to tell the folks at work what had happened.  I kept breaking down.

And then when I got home last night it was so hard to put the key in the door with no Bear on the other side.

Sheena is taking it all in stride.  She's taken over Bears bed already.  I always thought she was used to being an only dog.  I don't think she even knows or cares that he is gone.

Well, I guess the good news is that my job is safe--at least until next year when the budget process starts all over again.  This did help me  learn that I'm in the middle of pack so unless something really bad happens, I don't think I have anything to worry about.

I actually cannot still say those words about any of my four-legged children who are no longer physically present on this Earth.  They are all present in my heart and thoughts daily.  I even have had difficulty saying it about some people, so I just say they went to Switzerland.

Bear is very much alive in your heart, and I'm sure you can feel his presence still.

Finally was able to pin Grant Geissman down and book a few hours to record a new Nudie Musical demo - can't really use anything from the last one we did, save for one number, because I've made changes in all the other songs.

I'm tired and yet I must sit here like so much fish until midnight.  I had a couple of those English muffin cheese puffy things around one o'clock, and then I made tuna but ate it sans bread, so I should be perfectly fine, given the long jog and all.

Speaking of a light turnout, I'd better turn out the lights and get some sleep.

I gotta tell you.  How can one be full from tuna, and yet be hungry?  It's a Push Me-Pull You thing going on in my tummy.
