Well... I finally tried the "Shroom Burger" at
Shake Shacke. YUM! It may be their vegetarian offering, but I think it probably contains more fat than their burgers do - it's a crisp-fried portabello mushroom, with a "molten" center of cheddar and muenster cheeses. Ooey-gooey goodness!
*Oh, and the Featured Frozen Custard Flavor for Wednesdays in October is "Apple Rosemary". Very good. At first I thought the rosemary was a bit underwhelming, but then I realized it was just the right amount of herbal note. Any more, and it truly would have been overwhelming.
