On the subject of hairy chests, I noticed tonight that Michael Weatherley is letting his chest hair grow back. His shirt was open a bit during NCIS, and it was clearly there (I don't remember seeing a hairy chest at all two seasons ago during his intense season-long affair with the daughter (played by Scottie Thompson) of that French arms dealer.

I think chest hair on men is a very good thing.  On women...not so much

Back to the Topic of the Day for a moment...

I think my favorite lunchbox sandwich was ham and cheese on Wonder bread... to which I would add some potato chips for that extra crunch.  :)

I guess tomorrow I'll either be working on THE SARAH SILVERMAN PROGRAM or LIL' BUSH. They're both due on Tuesday the 14th. SILVERMAN has a little briefer running time so I'm leaning toward doing that one next. I also have CSI  - Season 8 that's due on the 14th. I figured I'd work on it this weekend.

I forgot about the topic of the day.  Anyway, growing up, other than peanut butter and jelly, I liked either cheese and mayo sandwiches or bologna and mustard sandwiches...on white bread, which is pretty much what we had.  Then one time my sister's then-boyfriend (then husband, now ex) made me lunch for college (my sister and I were carpooling to school) and he made me a cheese, bologna, may and mustard sandwich and it was good. :)

I totally forgot to check the (newly accessible) calendar and didn't see that yesterday was JMK's birthday.  My bad.

A Very Happy (Belated) Birthday to DR JMK!  I hope you had a great day! ;D

Facebook has turned into a late night family site for me.  Tonight I was talking to Sam when my nephew Dave came on and after juggling those two chats Sundee came on, lol.  Some say there are strangers, romance and adventure on the internet....I found my neices and nephews!

I like a crunchy cow at Pierce Street Coffee Works.  It's thin sliced roast beef, cream cheese, sprouts and cucumber on whole wheat

That sounds amazingly delicious!

I was hungry and hadn't eaten much, so I got a small thing of Lobster Salad and about six shrimp cocktail shrimp and some carrots.  Now I'm full.

Thanks, George. And yes, MBarnum, a crunchy cow is quite delicious. I'm trying to post from my Blackberry. It's different than it was but doable

Now that I've looked around a little this is much easier to read and navigate than the old software was on my Blackberry, that is. The choices are limited and no photos, but it's more legible

Edith has decided that we will be doing some fast walking every noon.  She stopped me this noon as she was heading out the door and said we were going to walk for 10 minutes on the skywalks.  It turned out to be 12 minutes and since she's in good shape it was a fast pace, just right for me, I could talk and walk but any faster and I would have been winded.   With her pushing me, I may really do this.  The next step will be by November 1 - no elevators unless in heels or carrying something. We'll see, but it's a good goal

A lot of the government building in DC have sign posted next to the elevators with:

Walk Up One, Down Two

I wish hotels would make the stairs more accessible.  More often than not they seem to only be for emergencies, and the looks I get asking WHERE they are so I can use them. ::)

Yes, I know what you mean (although my ankle is doing well, it's not quite up to staircases yet).  I used to work in office buildings and take the stairs, but the problem was that often doors to various floors would be locked, and even to get an elevator  (like the first time I discovered this when I worked on the 16th floor and pooped  out at about the 12th Floor... and ended up having to walk up to the 18th Floor before I could find an unlocked door).

I finished the three remaining episodes of MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. What a surprise to find George Sanders as the primary guest star on the season finale in a scenario that resembled CASINO ROYALE more than a little.

Other guest stars in other episodes included Andrew Duggan, William Smith, Marion Ross, and Antoinette Bower.

Michael Weatherley was on some soap years ago when I first noticed him, and he is a whole World of Woof unto himself!

DR Kerry - There is many a good croque-madame to be found here in NYC. ;)

Now, do you prefer the "plain" variation where the grilled ham and cheese sandwich is topped with a fried (or poached) egg, or do you like the type where the sandwich is topped with mornay or béchamel sauce, put under the broiler, and then topped with the egg?

Definitely topped with the sauce and definitely NO eggs!

Well, I'm off to bed.  I have some shows on the DVR in my bedroom that I need to watch before it fills up and I also need to work on my lines.  We have rehearsal tomorrow night and, although I've read through the script and highlighted my lines, I haven't had any time to really start working on it...yet.

It's going to be a long day, tomorrow and it starts very soon.  Sorry to be a Wussburger, but good night, all!
