I had a wonderful excursion to New Jersey. Larry is always a joy and we got to spend quality time with Skip before and after the show. It's a strong production with, as Larry said, a tour de force performance by BD Wong. This afternoon was the closing performance and, as FJL mentioned, Talley's Folly begins previews tonight in their bigger theatre.

I'm very glad I finally got to see the show after hearing so much about it. I hope that it has further production so I can see it again and sort out all the intricacies.

I'm going to brush my teeth and go to bed, even though it's only 8:30 I have a long week of work coming up and I need to be alert.

I had a great walk. I measured it in my car and it's 1.5 miles. The first quarter mile is up a steep hill, there is a lot of up and down moderate hills the rest of the route.

Last Friday, my sister got a pedometer in her box of Kellogg's Frosted Flakes. She began to doubt that it was accurate when she found she had walked over 100 steps while sitting at her desk!

It has been a very long and busy weekend. I am tired, I feel like poo poo, and I have a busy day tomorrow working, going to the airport, and then going to the hospital to, hopefully, convince Stan not to give up on life.

I just started watching Cold Case this fall and I'm surprised to find I really like it. I don't usually like cop/crime shows.

I haven't left yet - something about going to Amoeba to kill time when I'm feeling yucky was/is not pleasing to me. So, here I sit. I could still go over there, as I'm not going to the theater until seven-twenty, but I'm just not motivated, I tell you.

Just wanted to pop back on and say a big "Thank you" to DR Jose. We gave it our best but there is some little something that either isn't on or checked or unchecked.

I do want you all to know that I can receive mail on the rr website so my address is still good. It's just when it downloads to the mac mail that I can read it but I can't answer you.

I was just trying to save a step by having to go online then to rr, log on and then only get my mail. I thought it would download to the imail and then I could open and answer from there. Oh well.

I don't use the mac mail program - someone set it up for me, but I found it very confusing and off-putting, so I just go online to my various and sundried e-mail addresses (AOL, roadrunner, and gmail) and check.

It's not an easy score but it all seemed effortless to everyone, and Skip's music is a total delight and totally appropriate. I heard an audience member ask after the show if there were a recording and my first thought was, no and there should be.

HMMMM, if only we knew a record producer with his own label.....
