Miss Karen, you can quote twice on the same page, but only after beginning fresh on that page.  You can't go back to it.  It is somewhat confusing.

Huh!

I'm taking my cue from DR Cillaliz and getting my house in order:  the dog is going in for his quarterly grooming today, and the car for its regular tune-up.   All it takes is money!  :(

Don't remind me.   I had to cancel my car tune-up today. We have black ice

Dr Laura - Is the drag queen indeed doing his own singing?

A combo of Gloria Gaynor's "I Will Survive" and Cher's "Believe" and the disco song "I Don't Want to Talk about It" (which I haven't been able to track down, it's the one that goes "Last time should have been the last time, I don't want to talk about it") would really get an audience going.

DR Ginny's quote about her teacher who looked like Paul McCartney reminded me of the time I had a crush on this student teacher for one of my high school English classes who looked like Robert Redford -- alas, he was only there for a couple of months or however short the time period for a student teacher -- *sigh*

P.S. Can anyone track down the disco song that goes "Last time should have been the last time, I don't want to talk about it" - it was a very exciting number as I recall.

Thanks for the song suggestions. I am forwarding them to him. I assume he is doing his own singing; I've heard him, and he's very good.

DR Miss Karen, you can't post too quickly & you can't quote twice on the same page.
If you quote once and then after it posts click on the name of the person you quoted it will take you back to the original post and you can quote again.  I don't know if that makes sense, but it works

Oh dear, this sounds complicated -- like making balloons and letters dance across the page, or getting rid of my blacked-out tooth by increasing the size of my miniature avatar ...

When Angel was much younger (her teenage years) she used to enjoy drinking out of the toilet.  I wish I had thought to video tape her doing it.

TOD:

My favorite teacher was Mrs. Tollefson who was my 1st grade teacher at Griffin Creek Elementary School in Medford, Oregon.

Mrs. Miller from 2nd grade was also a really nice teacher and Mrs. DeArmond (5th/6th grade) was tops!

We keep all toilet seats down.  Not only does it look better but it keeps kittens from falling in them & dogs from drinking out of them.  I never realized we were also keeping kittens from drinking out of the toilets. ;D

I wish! Fletcher has no problem lifting the lid...but at least he puts it back down (with a very audible thunk -  oak seat).

Coming from a Wing devotee, not the best recommendation!
