And MoMA even opened up the Miró and "Here Is Every" tonight too, which was a good thing since there was a true mob(!) at 6:30 when they re-opened the exhibit for Members. Thankfully, I got here around 5:40, and was able to have a wonderful final visit with the Van Gogh exhibit.
*Although, I may have to write a letter to someone in charge regarding how some of the guards treated some of museum-goers, myself included. There was a mix-up with the actual closing time of the museum proper, and some of the guards refused to believe some of the members and other staff who kindly informed them that the museum was still on extended hours today - regardless of the special Members Only hours. Being told/asked, "Didn't you understand what I just said?!?!" is not how one talks to patrons. Otherwise, it's been a great visit. Alas, the Fairbanks film tonight is "The Private Life of Don Juan" which I could have seen, but I really had my heart set on one of the silent movies with the live piano accompaniment. *Additionally, I also should get something to eat soon. Lunch was a while ago.
