Who knew that Hercules ever lived in Spain and was the son of a lowly fisherman.

Or that his tight pants caused him to become sterile?

Oy.  I am through my weekend from hell.  I am exhausted.

Vibes and/or congratulations to those whose events/tribulations I've missed.

Danise, I envy you the remodeling. My house is about the same size as yours and I would love to add a bedroom or a loft or maybe a bathroom that a person could actually sqeeze in to.

I need to buy a lottery ticket.

I've done that every week since my 30th birthday and have yet to win.   :-\

I'm so glad they brought Marian Anderson up and included part of the broadcast. It's a good education for a lot of folk who never heard of her.

DR George,I'd like a DVD, please.

Marian Anderson signing DEEP RIVER.

Sorry that I'm popping in and out.  I'm trying to do all of my laundry so I won't have to use Thelmas or go to a laundry mat.

Good idea.

Vibes to dear Thelma & her Bill.

She was deaf?

Do you want to blame your keyboard or your typing for singing? ;)

Oh, I loved the robot!  He scared the crap out of me when the show was 1st on.

I'm still in shock about Ricardo Montalban passing.   He was one of my favorites.

I assume you mean Marian and not a Martian

Goddam keyboard.

Right, blame it on the keyboard ;D

If you are interested in owning a replica of Robby the Robot (who did appear in one episode of Lost In Space) Click Here

It might take several seconds for the details to appear.

Isn't he great? I must say that Renee Fleming needs a new arranger; what did that person do to "You'll Never Walk Alone"?

In November he lost everything in the California fires. :(

Marian Anderson deserves more respect than to be immortalized as Martian.

Is Leslie Uggams gonna sing "June Is Bustin' Out All Over" - it's her D.C. signature tune.

The voice of the Robot, Dick Tufeld, is still alive and calling out “Danger, Will Robinson”.  He can do so thanks to surgery which corrected a paralyzed vocal cord due to a tumor.

Ann-Margret as THE SWINGER will show up on TCM on January 24......

No word on THE PLEASURE SEEKERS even though TCM now shows some Fox films.

I love Ann-Margret - but when she plays the Hot Box now, I am embarrassed....i.e.  NEWSIES and GRUMPY OLD MEN and GRUMPIER OLD MEN...although Sophia Loren was a co-defendent in the latter.

He looked fantastic, much healthier even than when we filmed him 10 years ago. He wasn't dressed very warmly compared to the others, and he trotted off stage like a gazelle! I would love a DVD George, just for that! Man, that made my night!

To go from being blacklisted in the 50's to this moment---wow!
