That's Laura DR up at the front of the Denny's breakfast line yesterday...  :)

Yep, every one of those people looks like a big tipper.

Well, whether you wash your eggs or not, it still comes down to cooking them properly.

I know, except I like soft boiled eggs & lightly cooked scrambled.

Soft-boiling and lightly cooked scrambling are still proper cooking methods.  They may not be "thorough", but they're proper.  ;)

It was 63 degrees here & should have felt warm.  Without the sun it was a bit chilly.

JR, I personally would only like INNER CITY, but if Elmoore will deign to have a plebeian such as I split his tracks, feel free to send DOROTHY on as well.  ;)

I think DR ELMORE can live with Dorothy in two pieces instead of 10....so I will send that to him myself.

DOROTHY IN TWO PIECES--that's the title of my next...um...ballet.  Yeah..my next ballet.

I guess I missed something.  Who What is DOROTHY?

And as just how many proms does the band play "Ten Cents a Dance"?

Just heard Denny's gave away 2 million Grand Slams yesterday

Not a bad "return" for "investing" FIVE million dollars in their first-ever Super Bowl commercial.  Now it's just a matter to see how much return paying business they get as a result of the promotion.

Well, assuming that most of the people, at least, tasted the breakfast, probably not much.

In today's mail:

USPS -- The new first-time-ever original tracks release of Miklos Rozsa's complete soundtrack to "Time After Time".

UPS -- Melinda Doolittle's debut album "Coming Back To You"

Is that the limited edition TIME AFTER TIME?

I'd made a list, while at work, of things I wanted to look up on the 'net.

So, of course, I can't find the list now.

Figures.

I am watching TCM....it is uncanny how much Cary Grant looks like Cole Porter......but not much like Ron Randell (friend of BK) who also played Porter in KISS ME KATE in 3-D!

Cool!  Hopefully, my copy (that I'd ordered at the same time as Rent) will be waiting in my mailbox when I get home tonight. :)

When I was a tiny lad, I thought that Dorothy Provine's TV series THE ROARING 2O'S was the most glamourous TV show I had ever seen.  Of course, I was probably the only kid in my second grade class who already knew who Walter Winchell was.

I'm ready for the accountant tomorrow morning! This year's tallies are over. I may rad a bit of my new book on Ken Russell's films. I can't believe all of his films aren't on DVD.
