DR Ben - Glad to hear that Ant made it to Chicago.  Does he plan to do some toddlin' while he's there?  -Or at least head to Sidetracks tonight?  ;)

I doubt he will head to Boys Town. He will just eat his cousin's great cooking, make sure his phone is well hidden from the dog (who chewed on it last time he was there) and go to bed. He said after 14 hours in the car all he wants to do is sleep for another 14 hours.

Well... My eyes are tired.  My brain is tired.  ...Goodnight.
And the rest of your body is going to have to listen to your eyes and brain... this time!

When I read DR Vixmom's post this morning, I hoped the cards I'd mailed on Tuesday would arrive today.  Glad to hear that they did and to DRs Vixmom and The Vixter:

 :-* You're both very welcome!  :-*

Richard and I had a great time at the home show!  He bought me some obscenely expensive cookware that we both will enjoy.  We talked to a lot of young business people about things like gutters, leaky basements, and kitchen countertops.

DR Ben - glad to hear that the worst of Anthony's drive is over.  Chicago to Wisconsin is a snap.

Just read that dear old James Whitmore passed away today. I always liked him

Was there ever a young James Whitmore?  I don't seem to recall him ever being below 40.  Strange, that.

You must have never seen BATTLEGROUND (1949). He got his first Oscar nomination for that, and he was quite young.

I guess I'll head downstairs now and go to bed.

Good night!

And since i know the vibes here work i will give some vibes for my brother-in-law's cousin Sheryl. She had very serious surgery yesterday (she is only like 25). And they are waiting for news.

She is a really lovely girl.

Before retiring, I simply had to share this link, which was shared by DVD Savant with the following message:  "It's a link to a free download that removes unslightly grit that can accumulate on the back side of your screen, where you can't clean by hand."

Wrote another page and I think I finally got it right - now I'm hoping I can move straight on through to the end, which will be another fifteen pages or so.

I think the rain has stopped for a moment.  That's what it's been doing - it pours for an hour straight, takes a break, then starts up again.

I think I deserve a nice hot shower, my second of the day, as I took one this morning.

Took a beautiful shower and whilst taking said shower worked out all the details of the ending - love when that happens.  Everything is now sketched out and ready to go.

So much is burning in SE Australia.
