Since most commercially sold popcorn is now air-popped - at least the stuff I see on the shelves - it's all basically "low-fat".  Now, if it cheddar-flavored, that might be a different story.  But, "low-fat popcorn" is just as special as "low-fat vegetables" - and I have seen pre-packs of carrots and celery sticks marked "low-fat, no cholesterol" - well, DUH!

Yikes, since the tax office is at 36th & 7th, that closing might make traffic bad for me over on 7th.

I think the traffic down at 36th & 7th should be "normal".  They already have the "Broadway Mall" set up from Times Square to Herald Square - the added bike lane and the "green space" with the café tables - which has already taken away a lane of traffic there.  And most of the traffic coming from the north has already been diverted onto 7th Ave. between 46th & 44th - "The Times Square Shuffle".
