Jrand, the routine staging was done in about twenty minutes, just because I felt they should have some movement - Adam and I just did it off the cuff. Aside from the opening and Turkey Lurkey, which actually had rehearsal time, there were no rehearsals at all other than everyone coming in and singing their song for me and me telling them where they'd be standing. There was no time to do any sort of clever staging on the Lost Horizon number, much as we might have liked to.
