Here's some info about the CD mentioned in the Variety article:"The plan is to record before the end of the year. Rebecca Luker, Julia Murney and Barbara Walsh are among those who've already said yes to doing the CD. The music of the songs will all be by Skip, but the lyrics will be variously by Skip, Richard Engquist, Ellen Fitzhugh, Amanda Green, Ellen Schwartz and David Spencer."
