DR George, we just added ZOMBIELAND to our NetFlix queue.  Thanks :D

I gave Penny the copy of GLEE you sent us.  She was very happy to have it.

I wouldn't have thought that Zombieland would be listed on Netflix so soon.  Go know.

And I'm glad Penny is able to see the episode of "Glee," too!

No, we're not doing To Kill A Mockingbird, much as I would love to.  Tonight's announcement is a two-fer and, for me, a somewhat historic release for reasons that will become apparent, and which has to do more with the films and filmmaker than anything else.  It's a world premiere for everything on the CD, which includes a bonus track from a third film.

The Holy Grail, which probably won't be announced until November at some point is a personal Holy Grail and involves two films, same composer.

The FSM project, for which I provided the tapes, is something that will make people very happy - the Kritzerland logo will appear on that release, which is nice.

Back from a nice lunch with dear reader Jeanne - we went to Nate 'n' Al's - I had a pastrami on rye, we shared some kishka, and she had something called a veggie sandwich.

We rarely go to the movie theaters anymore.  We check out the current movies & add the ones we are interested in to our NetFlix queue.  It is great, we don't have to remember which movies we wanted to see & missed.  Often by the time they arrive we don't remember why we added the movie to our queue ;D

I just watched the last three episodes of "Mad Men" in preparation for tonight's episode.  What was with that lawnmower "incident"??

Then I watched THE PROPOSAL. It was mildly enjoyable. WOnderfully pleasing actors (Ryan Reynolds with the body of Zeus, Oscar Nunez and Betty White stealing every scene they were in), but there certainly wasn't much original in the premise of execution. Frankly, 27 DRESSES, which was made by the same director and got pretty bad reviews, actually had more originality than this movie.

Alas, we never got to see James Marsden in a towel in "27 Dresses".  ::)

Tony Roberts began slurring his lines during today's performance of ROYAL FAMILY and was taken to the hospital.  I wonder if he had a stroke and hope he is ok.

I was down in the theatre district when all of that was happening.  It turns out that the reporter from The Times just happened to be walking by the theatre when the ambulance pulled up to the theater.  -Thankfully(?), today there were no press in attendance - the show opens officially later this week.

And speaking of "How I Met Your Mother"... While I was standing outside The Music Box Theater, I happened to spy Neil Patrick Harris running into the matinee of Superior Donuts right after they closed the doors.  He was apparently running late - and was schwitzing accordingly.  His partner, David Burtka, soon followed him into the theater.

And, yes, they both looked good. Very good. ::)

I haven't heard any further news.

I did check the public timeline on Twitter, and there were a couple of tweets from audience members who were in attendance.  I also ran into one of the concession workers - who ended up with afternoon off - and he remembers running into the reporter as he was leaving the theatre. - And then was surprised to hear that the news made it to the web so fast.  BroadwayWorld.com also broke the news.  In any case...

I really do hope that Tony Roberts is doing well, and getting a good night's rest tonight.
