I think I have to return to City Bakery for hot chocolate. I think that was the most heavenly thing ever. There's nothing like that in Atlanta. Probably a good thing...

And I believe the City Bakery Hot Chocolate Festival will be kicking off the last weekend of this month and continue through February.

Wrote three more pages, so that means I really only need (well, not need) to write seven tomorrow, so that will be nice.

Sad news: Old time bodybuilder Joe Rollino died after being hit by a car while crossing the street in Brooklyn.

He was 104 years old.

Vixmom, you are more than welcome to come live with us.  We of course make a point of not making our scullery maids work more than 13.5 hours a day.  ;)   Seriously, glad to see you posting again--I wish you were here to close this fershluggenah loan.

I'm listening to a fun little score - one MBarnum will probably like and one we'll probably do.

I came home from NY with a huge list of changes and just finished yesterday in time for a festival deadline. We hope to premiere the film at the Full Frame Festival, where we've premiered our last two films. I have never submitted a rough cut before, I don't really like sending anything out at that stage. But once I was able to submit to FF, the producer decided to submit the rough cut to a ton of festivals, So I ended up having to make 30 DVDs and send a bunch out to other festivals. Oh well..

One festival is in Portland and another in Seattle, so maybe I can get a trip or two out of it. I miss the pacific northwest!

If Vixmom hasn't begun employment here yet, we have a nice place for you to visit.  ;)
