Good morning, all! I'm up with the laundry and listening to the new OBC of the 2009 revival of FINIAN'S RAINBOW, which is the most complete recording of the score ever made and which sounds really good. One of the two washers is broken in the laundry room so I'm losing time this morning, but I just want to get it finished and put away. I have a birthday gift to wrap since tomorrow is Rob Berman's birthday. Tonight, there will be a huge party for him and I look forward to it. After I tidy up here and get a bit of work accomplished, I'll head down to the show around 2:00. Cheyenne should be back for it, and I suspect our last performance will be a total madhouse; I believe we are sold out. After the performance, I'm going to hang out with Bruce Pomahac until we head down to the party.

Thanks to DR MATTH and DR GEORGE - I knew SOUTHLAND had been mentioned last week, but I thought it was mostly to talk about a specific actor....anyWAY....thanks.....I may start watching this week just to get in the groove....nice companion to NCIS and NICS LA.
SOUTHLAND is on at 10 p.m. and I can certainly live without A GOOD WIFE....have for almost 60 years.

Yes the US Nationals Men's Final Skate is on NBC Universal Sports at 6:30 p.m. in my area. I enjoy having this service, but would rather have TCM HD.

I will be recording it, but I won't watch live. There are too many other things on, and I'll probably be working, too. After I read the list of winners, I'll go back to the ones I like and watch acceptance speeches.

Good morning!

Much warmer here (43 during my walk this morning, didn't even need a jacket or gloves), and it must have poured down rain during the night becuase the creek a block from my house was very high and flowing rapidly. I must have slept through the whole thing. It drizzled a bit yesterday afternoon but it was nothing major.

It's a very crowded TV schedule for me tonight. I want to see THE HUMAN TARGET's premiere pilot episode tonight (it's repeated on Tuesday night before the premiere in its new Wednesday timeslot in case anyone is interested but can't fit it in tonight).

'24' premieres tonight at 9 for two hours, very unusual for Fox to go past 10 p.m., but I'm going to have to watch '24' "live" since I'll be recording The Golden Globes and BROTHERS & SISTERS at various times while '24' is playing.

So, a very crowded night for me.
