In happier news...

I was very happy to learn that the lovely and talented - and Tony Nominee - Celia Keenan-Bolger - was recently engaged to John Ellison Conlee.

And HHW favorite, Donna Lynn Champlin, has also been recently engaged.  -Or however I'm supposed to state that.

And now...

Time for me to head back out into the wiles of New York City.  I have a brief audition session to cover this afternoon, and then another class tonight.

Laters...

ONE LIFE TO LIVE is cooking with gas today, although I doubt they can top yesterday's food fight with Roxie.

Well, with derBrucer indisposed, I suppose you felt you needed to pick up his slack.

Congratulations to DR Elmore for having his letter to the editor published in this week's ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY.

And I couldn't agree with you more! Thanks for writing!

Congrats, Larry!  Which issue is it in?  Our library subscribes to Entertainment Weekly. :)

A little something dedicated to the full-body scanners at airports AND to the upcoming FRANK SINATRA/TWYLA THARP musical.

Here's the link to FLY ME IN THE NUDE, parody of FLY ME TO THE MOON, and it is (to my knowledge) the first YouTube parody video meant to honor the upcoming debut of the Twyla Tharp musical based on Frank Sinatra's songs.  The video has a twist of the airline security scanners that reportedly reveal every intimate detail of the passenger's body.

It's only about two minutes.  And despite its title, it's totally suitable for all ages!

If you enjoy it, please pass the link along to others.

Thanks if you have time to watch.

Funny!!

Oh! One of my stories is in the next Chicken Soup for the Soul book, "Thanks, Mom" which comes out March 23. Since I've been dealing with a bit o' short term memory loss, I have to ask: Did I tell you this already???

Congrats to PennyO!!
