I have to vacuum and pack. I'll be up at 5 am, to make the 7:05 train to DC.

I hope this trip goes well; I have a ton of songs and cello pieces by Victor Herbert to photocopy, and I'm hoping there's not a great deal of hostility provoked by last week's resignation. I expect there will be some, but I hope it's minimal. I usually have a good time at the Library but who knows?

I am still shopping for furniture and housewares. There were two boxes in the kitchen of housewares that I had somehow overlooked. They proved to contain lots of glasses. A LOT of planning went into this move, but I find myself puzzled at times over what I shipped out. More than once I've said, "Why'd I bring all this crap?" I'm sure I had my reasons.

Time for me to leave work (early). Theater Artists Olympia (TAO), who will be producing The Brain From Planet X in three months is having a play-reading meeting and I'd like to attend it. We'll see what is proposed for next year or the year after.
