I'm up, I'm up.  Had a nice conversation with my handler at the publisher, so now they'll just wait to get everything from us.

I can see the blue is trying to predominate in the sky but so far that is not happening.

Yes, DRUXY, I watched L&O last night and liked it, other than the missing beard on Jeremy Sisto.  He just looks weird without it.  Do you know who played the killer's mother?  She looked so familiar, but IMDb doesn't have complete episode cast lists up yet.

We awoke this morning to the charming sound of Zach literally vomiting on the ground.  BK may recall Zach vomited on the ground to celebrate BK's visit to PDX several years ago.

My friend Zachary Spicer filmed a L/O episode, but I don't know when it will be shown.  I am sure his mother will announce it.

BTW, I got a press release last night about the upcoming official Blu-ray release of RED CLIFF.  It's coming out in both the US Theatrical and uncut versions.  Unfortunately, it looks like the only review copies will be the US version, but I guess that's better than nothing, at least to start with.

For the first time in a while there is a lot of new stuff on tv tonight. Is anybody else gonna sample the new NBC show with Lauren Graham called PARENTHOOD. I love her so I am definitely gonna watch (even though it's on the same time as THE GOOD WIFE).

We have it set to record.  I'll be surprised if we stick with it.

More from Botswana. A lilac-breasted roller. In flight, its colors really shimmer in the sun.

DR JEANNE--Betsy uses a rice cooker/steamer all the time and loves it.  She also uses it regularly to steam veggies.  Even I know how to use it, so that should allay any fears that it's at all difficult.  ;)

Everyone I know that has one loves it.  I like to toast my basmati in olive oil or ghee first so I don't have one.

DR Laura, re: Kate Gosselin on DANCING WITH THE STARS.

Apparently she and Tony will be rehearsing where she lives (is it PA somewhere?). I would guess that most/all of her kids would be in school. So that would leave her free during the day.  She is going to also rehearse in her basement after they go to bed.

I guess celebrities such as Kate Gosselin don't do laundry when the children are asleep or at school.

;D

How do you know before you've seen it?

I really don't know what to expect. But i do love Lauren Graham. So hopefully it will be good.

And don't forget a new GOOD WIFE tonight at the same time.

Well reportedly you get around $200K just for agreeing to do the show (more if you last longer). So maybe she can hire someone to do her laundry.

Back from errands and whatnot and shall await the arrival of the co-author of the long musical - this is going to be torture for three hours, but once we're through, he can go off and work to his heart's content.

I watched some of THE SERGEANT with Mr Rod Steiger last night, but didn't make it through all of the movie.  Interesting but very strange.

My additional 9 DVD's from Hollywood Video arrived today.  Two of my BluRay PVP's were still in the wrapper....and all of the discs look fine....so I shall be watching some MOVIES tonight.

I was going to order two new Warner Archives titles, both clearly listed at 25% off on the new release page.  However, when they go into the cart they're full price and when you proceed to checkout they remain full price.  I've written them to see what's what.
