Well, I actually stopped into my old standby, Chelsea Barbers, to get my haircut.  Alas, since the last time I had been there, their price for a haircut had gone up another $10.  Their last price increases had been in $5 increments.  This $10 one sort of caught me off guard. Ah, well.

...(they still have to get and interpret the "code" from the computer in my car to find out why the "Service Engine Soon" light came on), it'll really hurt.

Think positive thoughts - the last time my Service light came on it was a clogged pollution control valve that cost less than $50 to fix.

On the other hand - have you checked with your credit union on rates for new car loans?

YIKES! I pay $14 for the cut, $4 for the beard trim and tip $4.

Back after a very long evening.  The reading itself was two hours but then everyone was asked for their input, and then I was asked to stay after that to really have a detailed conversation.  Then when I got home I had to finish proofing so I'd be ready to talk in the morning.

Well, I hate to do it (no, really...I do!), but I must go to bed.  I'm cold, I'm tired and I have to walk to work in the morning...and it's supposed to be cold tomorrow, as well.
