And then there was the couple that came in just as we were leaving.

She was quite talkative, and, apparently quite knowledgeable about Thai food.  And I quote...

"I would normally order something with red curry, but since I found the real stuff at the grocery store and can make it at home just as good as it is here, I don't need to order it here anymore."

"For dessert, I really want to try that cassava root cake."  -It took me - and the waitress - a while to figure out what she was trying order since she kept pronouncing all the a's in "cassava" as the "a" in "cat" - "ca-sa-va".

"We'd like everything extra spicy, Thai hot. We can both handle all those spices really well.  Just like in your homeland." -I believe both the waitress and myself rolled our eyes at that one.

He is most distraught that I have twice now snatched my new glass jar of imported Italian anchovies from his avaricious jowls - he has managed to crack open the sealed cap and we have the smell of olive oil and anchovy to entice him further.

At rehearsal tonight, we roughly choreographed the title number, "The World of Tomorrow" and "Saucers In the Sky."  Then, I came home. :)

Our next rehearsal will be on Saturday.
