I think the movie needs to be graphic to convey just how horrible it was what Salander faced.

I was in one of those moods tonight where I didn't feel like doing anything...didn't go to the gym...didn't work on any interviews...didn't do any research...instead I sat and had a marathon of ROOM 222 episodes.

The insurance company has now decided that I am 100% responsible for the accident last Friday.

I'm curious when it happened did the other driver think he was at fault?

I guess they are saying the general rule is the person who is backing out has the responsibility.  But i think it should depend if the other driver is driving fast or recklessly.

Sorry.

Well...

Since DR TCB could be involved in some litigation, it's probably best that he not discuss the particulars of his case on a publicly accessible site.  -Just sayin'.

However, we can wish him well, and hope for an amicable and financially reasonable resolution.

And just which resident of Room 222 do you identify most with, DR MBarnum?

Emma didn't turn him down. Why would he expect to have sex with her during their first date??   When i saw that scene i thought there is no way a woman could have written that.  He is supposed to be the good guy, the moral compass for the show. I really found how they had him act appalling. Especially since the vibe of their "hello again" dance was so sweet (up until she said she would not sleep with him that night).  I think it's fine if they cool things down. But it really bothered me how they wrote those scenes.

Well...  Even though it was their first "real date", it's not like it was the first time they met.  They just came out of a whole semester of sexual tension.

And, even though it was written by a man, I'm sure that a woman could have come up with that same scenario.  -Have you ever checked the writing staff for soap operas?

Oy, what a morning of complications.  Traffic was a nightmare.  Even getting off the freeway alleviated none of the problems.  Then I went to Borders to utilize the 40% off coupon and a gift card I had, and unfortunately I got a braindead clerk (sorry, TD) who completely messed up the order.  I was there for almost 45 minutes.

Don't blame me, blame Jose!

Who me?

New Yorkers, eat cupcakes while supporting Best Friends Animal Rescue

The ubiquitous Crumbs Bake Shop in New York City has baked a batch of something special for the charities participating in the Live Your Best Life Weekend, a celebration of O, the Oprah Magazine’s 10th anniversary.

The bakery has created a special, limited-time-only cupcake for the Live Your Best Life Weekend. For each one the business sells from now until May 18, it will donate $1 to the ten charities represented at the Walk on May 9. That means that Best Friends receives 10 cents for every cupcake sold, and that’s no small change given the brisk business the bakery conducts from each of its 12 New York locations. Crumbs estimates that it can sell between 2,500 and 3,000 special cupcakes weekly.

Hmmm... Crumbs Cupcakes.  :)

*Although, truth be told, they're good, but they're not my favorite.  They are BIG cupcakes - more like mini-cakes - and they have the calorie counts to prove it.  But for sheer decadence, YUM!
