Cillaliz, you might try drinking some Gatorade when you are working outside. It helps keep you from getting dehydrated. If you could find some tonight it would help the headache.

Thanks Laura.  I used to drink that in Az.  It was just plain stupid for me to mow the yard when it was over 90 degrees outside.  I drank lots and lots of water and had an Aleve.  My headache is much better now.  I go through this at least once a year with mowing the yard. 


Please be careful out there !  We don't need you passing out  mowing the lawn!!

Listening to yet another CD - it's great to be able to catch up on all these.  I've had about twenty-five CDs sitting on my table like so much fish.
