DR Edi, you will be pleased to know that three members of my preservation group ganged up on me tonight (HWHC didnt' show up, even though he's chair...in all fairness, I think his son had a baseball game).  I challenged them to get me the name and number of someone who could do the windows before tomorrow (get the number not have the windows done).  Well Tom called me about an hour later and gave me the name and number of a kid named BB. He even called BB's boss to see if he could do it as a side job.  John volunteered to do it himself, but since he flies around the world representing different musical and dance groups, he thought it would take him about 10 years to finish, lol.

Anyway, I gave in and have given the windows a stay of execution.  I have a feeling I'll get the help I've wanted now.  I was just asking the wrong person.

LOL! Maricopa County has issued a no-burn notice. That means we are not allowed to light fires in our fireplaces.

It is 7:30 p.m. and 105 degrees.

Oh I'm just a little ahead of you...I'm slogging through the espionage stuff.  I don't find that especially interesting.

Such lovely markings on all the kitties!

DR CILLA LIZ's continuing story of HWHC is most amusing.  Men are so predictable.

And my friend AL, who I've been lunching with from time to time, was at the coffee shop when I went in today.  He wants to have lunch again soon.   When a door closes a window opens, lol

Truth be told...when I came home and looked at the windows...I decided I really don't want to replace them.  I won't pass that tidbit on until I know I have help, however.
