What is the penalty if you get that deeply personal census form and don;t mail it in?

I don't know; they don't say. Some jail time and a fine.

Here are a couple of things they want to know: What time do you leave for work? How many cars do you own?

Now, if someone came to my door and asked these questions, we would all know that they are casing the place for a break-in.

They also ask questions about my bills. And if I can bathe myself.

Also, the penalty is that they will call repeatedly and visit the house repeatedly. They will nag me to death. Perhaps I shall put the phone in the backyard and get a big dog.

I wasn't a cranky old person until this came in the mail.

I wonder if my camera will be returned to me. One of the young people took it along to the conference.

Thanks DR BEN - I have bookmarked AVAST and shall look it over.

NORTON comes with my COMCAST subscription, but it has been giving me warnings on the THEATRE site for quite awhile, but only when I use the FIREFOX browser.....

That's great, Ben.  On a really fun note, as the DLOs were getting ready to leave a woman came down the street and asked if it was my house number.  I said yes and she said she was a friend of Carol, the woman who grew up in my house!   She was here with a team from Texas and Carol asked her to stop and take a photo of the house, so while she was here, she took the team photo with me!

Hounded endlessly by irritating census people, most likely.

Gosh, that WILL be a shame to miss that.  Maybe you could tape it for me for future enjoyment and inspiration.

Perhaps you should read Christopher Moore's "Bite Me." The vampires aren't necessarily happy, but they are funny.

Found this on a blog.  It's not the clearest, but gives you an idea of the number of bikers. This is just a small portion

That might be fun, you know. I could put the cordless phone on the porch swing and let them stand at the door and listen to it ring.

DR CILLA LIZ - that's a bigger road block than the tractor pulling a hay wagon that I usually get behind going to the theatre.

Last night DR Jane wrote:

DR Jennifer I'm not surprised the hoola hoop hurts.  The original ones do and you said these are heavier.

The regular hula hoop hurts you? I've never felt any pain when using one.

And when I say the hoopnotica's hurt. I actually mean a fair amount of pain. But I've been wearing a padded top over my shirt. And it does hurt less every day. I think it's something I just have to get used to. But watching the videos of the people hoop dancing ... wow I want to be able to do that!

It's close to 20,000 people.

Last night there were different rock etc songs playing from the bus stereo...this morning, to my delight, it was Aaron Copeland!   A beautiful morning, birds singing and Fanfare for the Common Man, really cool

I am so hungry!

Although I did have some good snacks at Costco. They were giving this Indian bread (like a pita) and some bubaganoush. So good!
