Well, you've read the notes, the notes said what, and now it is time for you to post until the cows come home.  Say what?

On my TV right now is "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List."  Earlier (late last night), on my DVR was "White Collar," which was a fun episode.  Also on my DVR is the latest "Warehouse 13"...although I haven't watched or even recorded the first couple of episodes.  I'll have to watch those on-line.

I presume you saw most of last season.

I think I only missed one episode...but not the last one. :)

And now, I must hie myself to bed...today's going to be a long day.  This evening is the Seattle Storm game, but this afternoon, I'm going to a memorial for a co-worker who passed away last week.  She was the executive secretary and had been in and out from work over the last half a year or so for medical reasons.  About a month ago, she was out again...but then without any notice, her position was announced.  We found out a little later that she wouldn't be coming back and then she died.

So that's going to be my day today. :-\

Bruce--

"Hannie Caulder"  I think  I saw that at the drive-in when it first came out.  I think it is a Western (of sorts).  Well, a Western in an early 70's-Raquel-Welch-sort-of-way.

Good morning, all! I slept late: 8:00 am. I had a ton of emails to sort through, several pertaining to the Indianapolis Symphony concert of the Callaway Sisters' "Sibling Revelry" concert.

I want to run to the NYPL around 11, get some work accomplished there, and then run a few errands concerning DR Ben's visit this evening. I've got two different musical arrangements of THE BEGGAR'S OPERA on DVD for my guest to decide on, as well as a couple of other DVDs we might consider, including several BBC productions.

Last night's dreams were very strange: the first was terrifying and it woke me up around 1:30; the second I cannot remember, but it ended when I awoke around 4am; the third was about a summer outdoor performance of the musical TITANIC (which I loathed) at the Delacorte. Mr Ron Raines was playing Mr Strauss, Ron's wife Dona and my goddaughter were in the audience, along with a son who doesn't exist, and their apartment appeared to be directly across the street from the Delacorte. I remember as well Dona helping me pack for a trip.

TOD:
DVD: three Netflix items, whatever DR Ben and I watch
CD:  On A Clear Day (OBC), Promises Promises, Liz Callaway, Kimmel Rare Tracks, Johann Strauss
   VCR: cheap porn

Friday morning greetings!  We turned off the AC and opened our windows last night and it was great for sleeping!  I'm getting ready for a doctor's appointment (routine check) in about an hour.

Richard and I have an empty nest this weekend and we're going to go on a date later to see TOY STORY 3 and out to dinner.  Just hope we can find a theatre showing TS3 not in 3-D.

I did not hear about the Ellen thing till this morning.

Wow. I am actually surprised. That really sucks for IDOL losing two judges for this season.

Although I will say that personally I did not think that Ellen was a good fit for the show.  I would rather listen to someone in the business.

Normally I would not read books in a series out of order. But I can tell from book 3 (THE NEIGHBOR) that this is not a series where the story continues.

There is another book at my library that shows as available. So I'm going to try to get it. It's called HUSH HUSH. I don't really know anything about it. Except that I've seen it recommended in many places.

I just read that Jennifer Lopez has signed on to be Ellen's replacement as the new AMERICAN IDOL judge. This could be interesting.

Well, Paula Abdul is "in the business" and she made as much sense as listening to my vacuum cleaner!
