Thanks to all for the comments on Miss Callie.....it was kind of like MR BK's dog Lucky of many years ago.

DR JRand, just like it is on THE BACHELOR--sometimes these things just don't work out.

Elmore, it is August in Phoenix. He is very hot. But sadly not the kind of hot you want.

I just spoke to Richard. I had called DR Ginny's number and got her voice mail, so I called him. She had a cat scan this morning that confirmed it was a heart attack, and she is currently in this cardiac catheter procedure (however the hell you spell it!) to look for blockage or problems. Richard is waiting for Rob to join him at the hospital. They will call as soon as the thing is over.
Damn! I hope it was a mild heart attack.  I now wait anxiously for the latest news.

HEART VIBES FOR DR GINNY!

They are testing the fire suppression equipment here at the church. It is very loud. I have a headache.

If there are firemen there, check them out and find a hot one for DR MBarnum. I need to send him a thank you gift for helping me out of my bad mood.

Please let Ginny know that the HHW Physical Rehab Support Group is at her service.

The Cardiac Cath takes a few hours - the procedure itself is not too long, but you must stay "prone and resting" until the mega-dose of blood thinners they gave you work themselves out of your system - also be mindful that if they discover blockage that can be remedied by stenting, they may well do that procedure at the same time (stenting is done by the same invasive cardiologist that does the cath, and the "system" is already in place.  If she does get a by-pass or a valve job, cheer her up with the news that the procedure is not near as bad as one imagines and recovery moves apace at a noticeable rate. I was amazed that when I did my first post-op town walk-about I actusally felt better than I had for years.

Just yesterday I found out a local store carries Vera Bradly.  At the same time I learned the store is going out of business.  I'll try & stop in tomorrow as I have been wanting to find a small Vera Bradly thanks to DR Ginny.

I think they make Vera Bradly everythings! The local Optician is highlighting VB frames - plain black!

My nephew said it was my sister going off about it and that they are still planning to visit.  I'm glad but now I'm really disgusted with my sister.

I wish that was the only problem.  I'm just going to delete her email without reading from now on.  It's just easier.
