Just stopped in to say good night...well it's a post.  I think if I go to bed now I should be feeling much more rested in the morning.  The three hour nap was great, but I was sleeping so hard that I woke up feeling like I was in a coma or something.  I'm finally feeling a bit more normal.

I didn't take my Claritin last night ( I forgot actually) and haven't taken it today.  I'm beginning to wonder if it interferes with me getting really restful sleep
