Good morning, all! After all the drugs around 7 last night, i woke around 5 am and decided to get up around 5:45. It's 6:30, i'm bathed, dressed and on my second cup of coffee. To those who asked about whether SOUTH PACIFIC was live or prereorded, you clearly didn't read my post about the bus passing all of the broadcasting trucks lined up along 65th Street. I suspect they were using the matinee as a dress rehearsal. Since the Aug 18 broadcast date was given two months ago, I suspect that a lot of the enthusiastic audience purchased tickets then to be there for the big event. It's also one of the last chances to see Kelli and Paolo before the run ended, and at that time it was believed that Matthew Morrison would return to play Cable.
DR edisaurus, I believe you saw William Michals as beBeque, and I don't know if he put in an appearance as an ensemble person or not; he's usually the replacement deBeque only.
Enough carping. I made sure it was taping and went to bed. I'll check the videocassette later, and if I need to rerecord it, I've got two more dates befofre next Monday.
This morning I have the McGlinnventory at 9 am, followed by an editing session with Mr Skip Kennon, composer extraordinaire, at 1. I haven't seen him in about a month so it will be nice to catch up.
DR Laura, the kittens are adorable as always, and the photos make me want to take one of them home, but then I remember things like litter boxes, vet, feeding them, and change my mind.
