So, the relatives have left us.  The house is quiet this early AM.  We had a great time and I think the older kid didn't want to leave.  She'll be back, I'm sure.

Today is back to church for me, and tomorrow is beginning of the school year.  Summer was very unusual this year as I worked all summer, battled those annoying bouts of dehydration, and dealt with the fact that the bay area hardly had a summer (yet).  Very odd 10 weeks or so. 

CD is ordered.  I think I'm one behind so I'll have to go to the site and catch up.

Except for the title song Sherry! I'm not sure that I like the rest of the score. I think Ken Mandelbaum (whatever happened to him?) was right the play doesn't work with a musical score shoehorned in and especially one that's not spectacular. I'm glad I heard it based on BK's recording of the title song.

It's supposed to rain all day today. So I most likely will not get to bike.

Yesterday it rained all afternoon and night so no biking.

I am going to try to do 30 minutes of indoor exercise today (which i don't like).  Except for my hoopnotica which i do like.  I try to do 10 minutes a day 1-2 times.

BK, what kind of pizza did you have?

My favorite pizza is bacon and pineapple (bacon not ham).

If I get a frozen pizza (from the grocery store) I really like McCain's International thin crust Parisian.  Or chicken pizza.

Today I plan what to do on my trip to San Francisco.
 I have never been there before. So I will do a lot of the touristy things: Chinatown, Lombard Street, Alcatraz, Haight-Asbury, The Castro Area. I hope I don't run out of time.

Of course I would like to do some things that are not usually found in AAA or Frommers or Eye Witness travel guides

Jack, I ended up not going to the movie. It was the day before I left for my surprise visit to Maryland and I had too much to do. I hope they show it again just so I can see the wardrobe malfunction on a big screen.
