For all those who've asked for South Pacific DVDs, Larry, my sister's boyfriend will come over to my place later this afternoon with his laptop and show me how to make a widescreen DVD!  It'll still be standard-def, but it'll be better than what I can do on my own (a "Fame" and Les Miz reference ;)).

Between fiddling with my audiobook iPod and trying to learn to use the timer on my new sport watch, I'm not really sure how long I walked today - maybe about 20 minutes?

Great job!  I'm just about to take a shower and then walk to work...it's only about 15 minutes, but then I have to walk back. :)

Isn't it strange that there were two actresses with the last name Hepburn.  I have never, in all my sixty years, ever met anyone with the last name of Hepburn.
Picked up a book today on the Pony Express called "Orphans Preferred" and a William Hepburn Russell is mentioned. And I, too, have never met a Hepburn.

Yeah, but I was aiming for 26 minutes today.  Ah, well, I'll try again tomorrow!

He should have won an Oscar for this one.

I've watched a couple of Dragnet episodes and now I am listening to CDs - I am hugely behind in my CD listening.

It was strange to work in a new environment today.
Everything was backwards.
The things on my right at my store were on my left at this store and vice versa.
I kept reaching the wrong way for things.
Opening the wrong fridge doors for milk and such.
By the time I was used to the reversed set-up, it was time to go home.

Has anyone heard of something called BackMagic? I got it for my back. I hope it helps!

No.  Be careful at first so you don't do more damage.

I have done very little of anything today.  I did laundry and I went to the store.  Yes, it was a busy day.

While I was at the drug store I saw one of the most handsome guys I have ever seen.  MBarnum would have liked him too, since he looked to be Indian or Pakistani.  I was going to tell him how handsome he was, but he seemed to already know it.

T.O.D.

That 35 million dollar house, that someone posted last week, would certainly be in the running.  Still, have they ever heard of drapes or curtains, especially in the bathroom?

I think probably Midtown Manhattan woule win the prize.  There are some beautiful buildings near the East River, by the U.N.
