Sunday afternoon greetings!  We are back from Lima and Richard is taking a nap.  I used to drive most of the way home while he napped in the car, but today I couldn't stay awake myself.

Although I envy Jane her scenic hiking trails, I'm quite happy not to have to deal with wild turkeys or errant bears!

Back from a drive and some Taco Bell - I've been having a Taco Bell craving for the last few months and it was time to satisfy it, which I did.  It's the first Taco Bell I've had in over a year.  The good news is that what I eat there, the crunchy tacos, are extremely calorie friendly at 175 per.

I just did my 30-minute walk in the basement.  Added a series of stretches at the beginning and did the hand-weight routine from cardiac rehab at the end.  Trying to finish the audiobook KABUL BEAUTY SCHOOL before it self-destructs from my iTunes at midnight - at least I think that's what happens with downloadables.

You are putting me to shame.  I have become rather lax about doing my shoulder exercises.  I am working it more on a daily basis which I'm not really sure is a good thing.
